Terms of Service

1. Using Knowilo

You may use Knowilo only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, safeguarding access to your account and activity performed through your organization workspace.

2. Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager. You must have authority to grant access to each connected property or advertising account. Knowilo requests read-only permissions and uses connected data to provide the dashboard, scheduled measurement and intelligence features you select.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and may change, suspend or limit their APIs. You can disconnect a service at any time, although historical measurements may remain until deleted under our Privacy Policy.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of information you submit or authorize Knowilo to access. You grant Knowilo a limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide requested features. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass security controls, access another organization's data, upload unlawful material, interfere with platform availability, scrape Knowilo itself without permission, or use connected data in violation of a provider's terms.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, integrations and technical limits to improve Knowilo, respond to provider changes or protect users. We will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce paid functionality where practicable.

6. Insights and decisions

Knowilo summarizes available data and generates marketing intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete or affected by third-party data quality. You remain responsible for reviewing evidence and making business, financial, legal and marketing decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Knowilo at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, material breach or harm to the service or other users. Data deletion requests can be made as described in the Privacy Policy.
