Disconnect Meta

Sign in to Knowilo, open the company workspace that contains the connection, go to Integrations and select Disconnect for Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager. This stops future collection and deletes the encrypted Meta access token stored for that workspace.

You can also remove Knowilo from your Facebook or Meta business integrations. Removing access at Meta stops Knowilo from making further API requests.

Request deletion of stored Meta data

Email admin@knowilo.com with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. Include the Knowilo workspace name and the email address used for your Knowilo account. Do not send an access token or password.

We will verify your identity and authority for the workspace, remove the connected Meta credential and account configuration, and delete or de-identify stored Meta measurements associated with the request unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. We will confirm when the request is complete.

Delete your whole Knowilo account

You may use the same email address to request deletion of your Knowilo account and its associated workspace data. If a workspace has other members, we may need to confirm whether ownership should be transferred or the entire workspace should be deleted.
